After meeting with you and receiving your blueprints Future Homes will
get up to five (5) competitive quotes on your behalf to ensure the
competition process always takes place. That coupled with the effect
that each builder acknowledges Future Homes is overseeing the quotation
process results in you the homeowner saving anywhere from $10,000.00 to
$30,000.00 depending upon the home size with absolutely no sacrifice in
quality whatsoever, in actuality our affiliation provides a higher
quality product due to the fact the builder desires future business from
us. Once construction proceeds you will be dealing constantly with our
New Home Construction Coordinator, Lucy Kovachik, CID to ensure all of your
building requirements, selections, and upgrades are included in the
construction of your beautiful new home.
So, to get this
process started all we need to do is meet and have a copy of your
blueprints.
