AACI (Accredited Appraiser
Canadian Institute) designates fully accredited membership in the
Institute and may be used by the holder in connection with the
appraisal of a wide range of property. AACI, P.App (Professional
Appraiser) may only be used by a fully accredited (AACI) member and
must immediately follow the AACI designation.
CRA (Canadian Residential
Appraiser) designates members qualified in the appraisal and
valuation of individual undeveloped residential dwelling sites and
dwellings containing not more than four self-contained family
housing units.
FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute)
designation is Canada's most established real estate designation.
Holding the FRI signifies
a real estate education that meets and exceeds either agent (sales)
or broker licensing requirements PLUS experience that assures a
practitioner with knowledge, not just information.
FRI members, as with any
REIC designated or accredited professional, are governed by the
Institute's Code of Professional Standards. |
